It’s been over a month since we released our new format. Our trial period comes to an end, today, one month earlier than planned. This is because we’ve seen enough. You love the news focus, I love the news focus, lawyers love the news focus, so we’re staying for at least another year. Our daily visitors have doubled since the change, and have shown no signs of decline.

It’s been just over a week since we launched with our new format. So are we staying? If things continue like this, we most certainly will. I am making this post to discuss some of the goings on here at The Simpsons Channel right now.

We’re back once again after looking like we were going to disappear from the net. Even I was convinced it would happen, but here we are, small, compact, and missing a huge chunk of our content. We aim to be your source for Simpsons news, be it web news or show info, we’ll post it here at The Simpsons Channel.

There’s been a little trend in the past couple of months. A trend to shut down. All that remains of The Springfield Shopper today is a flash cartoon spelling their demise; similarly, The Simpsons Odyssey has disappeared without prior notice. And now The Simpsons Folder is offline. All this in one week.

Here at The Simpsons Channel, we (even Eric) love you. We respect your wishes of an up-to-date site and are willing to deliver. We’ve given you web news when it’s present, and today the links have been updated. New sites have been added and URL’s updated. By being linked on the Channel, your exposure is increasing as our visitors come here looking for sites offering specific content.
