Ratings: Coming To Homerica
A total of 5.86 million viewers watched the Season 20 finale ‘Coming To Homerica,’ the last new episode of The Simpsons until September. This makes the episode the least watched season finale in the history of the show and the third lowest rating episode of all time. Family Guy had 7.33 million viewers and American Dad a solid 5.65 million. Fox was third overall for the night and among viewers 18 – 49.

Ratings: Four Great Women and Another All Time Low!
A total of 5.16 million viewers watched last night’s episode ‘Four Great Women and a Manicure’, making it the least-watched episode of all time. The previous all-time low belonged to March episode ‘Lisa The Drama Queen’, which had 5.75 million viewers, so not only is it a new record, it has taken a giant beating by its own weakest episode. All five of the least watched episodes have now come in this, the 20th Anniversary year.

Ratings: Waverly Hills 9-0-2-1-D’oh
The ratings for Sunday night’s episode Waverly Hills 9-0-2-1-D’oh are finally in after some delays with the Nielsen figures. A total of 6.66 million demon viewers tuned in, which are relatively good numbers compared to the last few months. The show even beat Family Guy, which had 6.566 million viewers at 9:00.

Ratings: Father Knows Worst
Last night’s episode ‘Father Knows Worst’ entered the danger zone, the below 6 million viewer mark. 5.94 million viewers tuned in to the show, just shy of the record for least-watched episode of all time (Lisa The Drama Queen, 5.75 million). It becomes the second least-watched episode ever, pushing March episode ‘Gone Maggie Gone’ (5.97 million) into third place. ‘Family Guy’s ratings were also lower than usual, with 6.80 million viewers.

Ratings: The Good, The Sad And The Drugly
A respectable 6.50 million viewers watched last night’s episode ‘The Good, The Sad and the Drugly’. After some poor figures earlier this year, the show has maintained this average figure for the last three episodes. The Simpsons at 8 paved way for Fox’s new offering, ‘Sit Down Shut Up’ which had just 5.21 million viewers. An original installment of ‘Family Guy’ at 9 has 7.40 million viewers, while ‘American Dad’ ended the night with 5.76 million.

Ratings: Eeny Teeny Maya Moe
A total of 6.40 million viewers watched Sunday night’s new episode ‘Eeny Teeny Maya Moe’. These figures are about average for the show nowadays. A 9.30 repeat of ‘The Burns And The Bees’ had 5.61 million, which is about what a new American Dad would have gotten in the same slot. Fox was fourth overall for the night but came second in the target demographic 18 – 49. Two repeats of Family Guy took up the 8.30 – 9.30 slot, and averaged to an audience of 6.04 million viewers.

Ratings: Wedding For Disaster
Last nights episode ‘Wedding For Disaster’ had 6.58 million viewers. A further 6.50 million viewers watched a rerun of ‘Take My Life, Please’ at 8.30pm, which had 6.8 million viewers just over a month ago. Fox was fourth overall for the night and third among adults 18 – 49. A new Family Guy episode at 9.00 had 8.20 million viewers, while 5.99 million tuned in to watch American Dad at 9.30.

Ratings: In The Name Of The Grandfather
A total of 6.15 million viewers tuned in to watch In The Name Of The Grandfather last night, despite its availability on the net all week due to an exclusive screening in the UK/Ireland. The episode attracted 511,000 viewers on Sky 1 in Ireland earlier this week, more than doubling Sky 1’s previous highest audience for any program in Ireland. A further 957,000 watched the episode in the UK.

Ratings: Gone Maggie Gone
Last night’s episode ‘Gone Maggie Gone’ received 5.97 million viewers — beating out last week’s ‘No Loan Again, Naturally’ as second least watched episode of all time. This comes despite Fox’s consistent programming of new episodes, and increase in on-screen advertising throughout the week. But a poor lead-in, an hour of mind-numbing Hole In The Wall, killed any effort Fox had made to bring viewers to the show.
