Revamping The Simpsons Gallery
The Simpsons Gallery has received a new design by the owner today, who explains that problems with the old design were the reason for the change. The result is a design similar to the last but has vast graphic improvements and lighter shades of blue, so now it looks even better. Make sure you read the whole update for the latest changes within the site.

The Simpsons Sourcebook Goes Gold
We reported on The Simpsons Sourcebook’s temporary closure yesterday and today the site is back online with a new design and focus. In the layout factor the site is similar to before, keeping the same look and header, but adding black as one of its main colors. The site is also subtitled “the golden years” which is the site’s new focus: building a dedication to the show’s first ten seasons. The site is also now available in six different languages! How’s that for a feat. Take a look.
Bart Simpson Dedication is nearing it’s first anniversary, and to celebrate, there is a brand new design. Many similarities to before but the improvements are good.

Fox Sunk My Battleship
More shenannigans today. The Simpsons Sourcebook is closed, but whether or not it’s FOX related is unknown at the moment. The site will return later today.

A Sad Day In The Simpsons Community
Fox have taken the next step in the bid to bring down The Simpsons on the internet: contacting the owners of the servers. Evergreen Terrace, as we know it is no more. The site will be taken off nohomers.net and be given a home elsewhere under a new owner and a much lighter scale of content. Check out the domain for further details on the future of the site. The site has basically been ripped to shreds by Fox, and is not the first nor the last…
Beyond Blunderdome also appears to have been hit with a C&D. There is currently nothing at the domain, which seems like the quickest thing to do when hit by a C&D.
Furthermore, Last Exit To Springfield’s host received a similar letter to that of Evergreen Terrace. Me being the owner of LETS, I honestly have greater things on my mind than the future of the site and it will remain intact until I receive further word by my hosts.
On a side note, The Simpsons Channel was also mentioned in the LETS C&D letter. We currently do not know what has been considered “illegal” but to think either links, news, or editorials are illegal is absolutely ludicrous.
I should imagine the sites listed here are not the only ones affected at this time. We’ll give you further details as it happens.

How About Madman Moe’s Pressure Cooker?
Madman Moe’s has opened today. The site is dedicated to Moe and features loads of multimedia, games, information and contests. Nice simple design, worth a look.

Eeeeeeek! It’s eSimpsons Again!
eSimpsons is back after a lengthy absence from the net mostly due to hosting issues. It has been given a complete overhaul since we last saw it, featuring a completely new blue design. It looks great. The content is all new and already growing. The site has a reputation for disappearing quite quickly, lets hope this isn’t the case this time.

Planet Hype Worth The Hype?

Odd-To-See A New Odyssey
The Simpsons Odyssey has a brand new design. It is layed out in a similar style to before and features blue as its main color again. While this new design is still very good, I still hadn’t got over the previous one. Nice work otherwise; Check it out.
It was only a matter of time. Simpsons 100 got flamed for unfairly ranking character sites so Top 20 Character Sites does what everybody wanted.

The Simpsons Station Sounds Off
The Simpsons Sound Station has been shut down due to an official Cease and Desist notice which was sent to the owner yesterday. Since the site only offered sounds, it has no lifeline to keep itself online. In addition to sounds, the site was asked to remove metatags (he had metatags? what a naughty little bitch), and was able to keep its image of Lisa in the logo if it displayed a disclaimer. Dennis is back, nuttier than ever.
