Bob Chambers, a huge fan of Simpsons, had his wedding a la’ Simpsons style when he married his bride with him dressed as Homer and she as Marge. According to The Sun, 44-year-old Bob, a cement worker, painted his bald bonce yellow, put on a goatee and wore Homer’s trademark blue trousers and white short-sleeved shirt. His 33-year-old bride Jane Butterworth wore a two-foot-long woollen replica of Marge’s famous beehive, with her characteristic orange necklace. The two got married at the Derby register office. “The Simpsons has been a big part of my life and it was only right it was so influential on our big day,” Bob was quoted as saying.
