Groening, Brooks, Jean Talk Simpsons Movie
Not even threats of visits by Sideshow Bob or Fat Tony could wheedle many details of the upcoming “The Simpsons Movie” out of the series’ powers that be. Specifics remain as closely guarded as the identity of the state in which Springfield is located. “I can’t really tell you much,” said director David Silverman, “other than the Simpsons will be in it. Springfield will be in it; it’s not being shot in Vancouver. Very few animals were hurt in the shooting of this film

Samsung Announce Simpsons Movie Phone
Samsung Telecommunications America announced today that it is working with 20th Century Fox to design a limited release “The Simpsons Movie” collectible mobile phone and accompanying promotions. Based on Samsung’s slimmest, most advanced phones, The Simpsons Movie phone will be Simpsons yellow — inside and out — and feature The Simpsons Movie logo with the words, “Special Edition.” It will also come pre-loaded with exclusive The Simpsons Movie content.
In the months leading up to the movie’s July 27, 2007 theatrical premier, there will be more announcements about The Simpsons Movie phone, as well as other related Samsung promotional activities.
“Samsung is excited to be a part of the The Simpsons Movie with a collectible phone that embodies The Simpsons,” said Dale Sohn, President, Samsung Telecommunications America. “The Simpsons Movie is a highly anticipated event that is sure to reach millions globally.”

New Episode: The Wife Aquatic
While watching a home movie, Marge becomes depressed as she is reminded of memorable childhood vacations spent at Barnacle Bay. Hating to see Marge sad, Homer and the kids take her on a surprise trip to the bay, only to discover that it has turned into a rundown mess due to the absence of fish.
