In one fell swoop the show’s writers had captured our success — as the Internet pharmacy capital of Canada — and our insecurity — for living here, after all. Ralf Klenke has announced a plan to build a $23-million waterpark and mineral spa on the western edge of this oft-maligned city. He already has a new highway sign in mind: “We were born here, but don’t worry — we share.” Like The Simpsons, Klenke brings an outsider’s perspective to this Prairie capital.
